Experience
Charles Duan is the managing partner of Duan & Duan and a foreign-law consultant admitted by the Washington Supreme Court. He has served for several years as Williams Kastner's strategic legal consultant for Chinese clients conducting business in the U.S. He has represented foreign and Chinese companies in some of the most high-profile cases of the last 15 years, including Microsoft, Rio Tinto, 3M, China Eastern and CNOOC. Mr. Duan serves as a delegate to the People's Political Consultative Conference.
Affiliations
Mr. Duan is a member of the Shanghai Bar Association and Shanghai People's Consulting Congress. He is also a member of Washington State's China Relations Council.
