Wolf, Jeffrey M.
Practice Areas: Asbestos Experience: Jeff Wolf is a Member in the Seattle office. He started his practice in the Kitsap County Prosecutor’s Office where he assisted in the investigation and prosecution of a variety of adult felonies through jury trial. Several of these trials involved allegations of embezzlement, insurance fraud, forgery, check kiting, welfare fraud, and other white collar crime. His practice in recent years has focused on products liability and commercial litigation. Mr. Wolf is National Trial Counsel for two firm clients. Mr. Wolf’s combined civil and criminal experience includes verdicts in more than 50 jury trials and 20 bench trials. As National Trial Counsel, he has experience defending wrongful death cases, some of which have involved allegations of significant economic as well as general damages. He has experience using bank records, tax returns, insurance policies and other documentary evidence at trial. He has presented and cross-examined economists and other economic loss experts in deposition and at trial.
